bought new thread yesterday and managed to sew the bottom part onto the top. the zip proved to be a massive challenge. it took me three goes to finally sew it onto the dress and it's still very wonky and not very professionally done... never mind, it's my first dress ever so at least it has a zip.
the dress doesn't fit my dummy properly as it has broader shoulders than me. tha'ts the most amazing thing - it fits!

nachdem ich neuen faden gekauft habe, konnte ich heute den rock an das oberteil nähen. das grösste abenteuer war der reissverschluss. ich rauchte drei anläufe bis ich ihn einsetzen konnteund uach jetzt ist er weit von perfektion entfernt. ich glaube ich muss einsehen, dass ich es momentan einfach nicht besser kann, das ist immerhin mein erstes kleid.
obwohl die puppe so dünn aussieht, passt ihr das kleid nicht, da sie breitere schultern hat als ich. das kleid passt - das freut mich am meisten!
