booties...

the booties are finished and i was totally excited when they were sewn up and done but then i had a close look at them and realized... they are not the same size!!! i can't believe it! i checked the size several times while crocheting but now one is still quite a bit smaller.

the grey ones are similar in size (doesn't look like it on the picture though). never mind, i'll just make a third one and hope it'll be similar in size.

plus, i got some new wool last week for a new cardigan project. and i found some lovely wooden bear buttons to go with it.

but first i have to finish off the striped cardi which is slowly coming to an end. i'm still not sure how i have to finish it off in the end and i hope i can figure out the pattern somehow.

die beiden baby booties sind fertig. ich habe mich so gefreut, als ich beide fertig gehäkelt und vernäht hatte, musste aber feststellen, dass sie nicht gleich gross sind!!! obwohl ich während des häkelns immer wieder die grösse überprüft hatte, sind jeweils links und rechts nicht gleich gross. nun muss ich wohl oder übel noch ein schühchen häkeln und hoffen, dass das dann gleich gross wird!

letzte woche ist noch neue wolle angekommen, die mit den süssen bärchen knöpfen aus holz auch zu einem jäckchen verstrickt werden soll. bis dahin muss aber das gestreifte jäckchen endlich fertig werden (bin kurz davor). ich weiss noch immer nicht, wie ich die teile zum schluss zusammenstricken muss aber ich hoffe, dass ich bis dahin den durchblick habe.
